Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual designs for web and mobile applications, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors, and integrate findings into the design process.
• Assist in planning and conducting usability testing sessions to gather valuable feedback for iterative design improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate our design processes.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant design program or recently graduated.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹12,000 per month
