Please carefully read and understand these Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using our Website, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, refrain from using our Website or services. Tasks Expert reserves the sole right to modify, change, update, or cancel this agreement without prior notice. Your use of tasksexpert.com or its services after such changes implies acceptance of the modifications. Any new services/plans proposed by Tasks Expert become effective upon posting on our website.

1. Service Guarantee

The contractor guarantees that any service purchased by the client will be performed with utmost care, skill, and expertise. The contractor may delegate services to staff at their discretion.

2. Eligibility

This is a contract between you and Tasks Expert. You must agree to these terms before using the Services. Usage is permitted only if you can form a binding contract with Tasks Expert and comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws. Users must be at least 13 years old (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction). Some requests may have age restrictions. Tasks Expert l may require proof of identity, and failure to provide it may result in denied access.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless stated otherwise, Tasks Expert or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the Website and related materials. All rights are reserved. You may view, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the specified restrictions.

4. Independent Contractor

The Contractor remains an independent contractor to the Client. No employee benefits are owed. Vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, etc., are not applicable.

5. License to Use Website

You may view, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing, selling, or exploiting material for commercial purposes is prohibited.

6. Restrictions

You are restricted from publishing material, engaging in illegal or harmful activities, and any data mining or harvesting activities on the Website.

7. Information Privacy

To open an account, clients provide basic information. Credit/debit card or bank account information is required for financial transactions. The contractor uses this information for better service and does not store deleted data.

8. Acceptable Account Usage

Users are solely responsible for all activities under their account and must not share passwords. The contractor is not liable for losses due to the client’s failure to safeguard login credentials. Specialized plans for individuals, start-ups, and businesses come with specific Terms and Conditions, outlining the acceptable use of services. Users must adhere to the Terms and Conditions associated with their chosen plan for proper usage.

9. Client Responsibility

Clients accept that their virtual assistant acts under their direction. The client is solely responsible for the VA’s actions, access to accounts, and usage of provided content or images.

10. Client Payments

Clients must pay in advance according to the subscribed plan. Plans renew automatically unless specified otherwise. Clients are responsible for additional expenses incurred by the contractor.

11. Prohibited Usage

Clients may not use the services for illegal or immoral activities. Prohibited uses include spreading objectionable material, fraudulent offers, and unauthorized access.

12. Limitation of Liability

Tasks Expert and its officers, directors, and employees are not liable for any issues arising from your use of the website, whether contractual, tort or otherwise. Prohibited activities include unauthorized distribution of services, using automated systems, sending unsolicited messages, attempting to compromise system integrity, and more. Tasks Expert reserves the right to change or terminate services without notice and may suspend your access if you violate the agreement. You are responsible for your interactions with other users, and Tasks Expert is not liable for such interactions. Disputes between users are monitored at our discretion, with no liability on our part. Even upon termination, you are still bound by the agreement.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to a confidentiality clause, not disclosing information or using it for their benefit.

14. Non-Disclosure

Tasks Expert agrees not to disclose, either directly or indirectly, to any person other than a representative of the Client, at any time during the term of this Agreement or following its termination or expiration, any confidential or proprietary information related to the Client. This information includes, but is not limited to, customer lists, contacts, financial data, sales data, supply sources, business opportunities for new or developing business, plans and models, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, service marks, trade dress, domain names, uniform resource locators (URLs), websites, advertising and marketing plans, media planning/placement, strategic briefs, sales plans, ideas, concepts, new products, improvements, inventions, proposed launches, sales and market research, technology research & development, budgets, profit & loss data, identity of suppliers, customer lists, customer information, associations with other organizations, among others.

15. Non-Solicitation

The client agrees not to recruit or encourage the Contractor’s staff, including VAs, to leave and provide services directly to them. Breaching this agreement incurs liquidated damages, with the client paying a specified amount of $8500, acknowledging it as the estimated cost to replace the staff, not a penalty. No evidence of actual damage is required. This amount is due within five (5) days of notice from the Contractor about a VA’s resignation, regardless of agreement termination. The liquidated damages protect the Contractor from potential staffing disruptions caused by the client’s actions.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

Information on the website is for general purposes, with no warranty on completeness, accuracy, or suitability. Tasks Expert is not liable for any loss or damage.

18. Refund Policy

Ongoing subscriptions and recurring charges may be canceled at any time. The cancellation will take place at the next billing period. A cancellation will only suspend future billings, which must take place before the billing date. Refunds for Tasks Expert membership fees are considered with a 10 days notice for cancellations or downgrades. Unused plan hours have no refunds, only rollovers. Purchases made on the customer’s credit card and subscriptions after the first month are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, a 28% handling fee is deducted and returned to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within three business days, though timelines may vary. Non-usage of plan tasks expired hours, and products/services bought on behalf of the client are non-refundable. If the client neglects to cancel their subscription before the upcoming billing date and an automatic charge is incurred, Tasks Expert will be unable to issue a refund. Certain plans may offer free trials, and clients opting not to continue beyond the trial period must cancel their subscription before its conclusion. Failure to do so, resulting in a subsequent charge, will not be eligible for a refund. Renewals are only applicable in accordance with the plan’s terms and conditions. Products or services purchased on the client’s instructions are non-refundable. Should any billing errors be identified, refunds will be processed upon approval from the relevant authority.

19. Free Trial and Discount Offers

The Tasks Expert website occasionally offers a free trial period for its clients to experience our services. It is crucial to note that this free trial is valid for only 3 days. Clients must be aware that refunds are not applicable for the account setup fee under any circumstances. In the event that a client does not inform Tasks Expert of their intention to discontinue the services before the expiration of the free trial period, they will be automatically enrolled into a paid subscription plan. It is the responsibility of the client to communicate their decision to stop the services before the end of the free trial to avoid automatic subscription charges. The contractor reserves the right to enforce this policy to ensure clarity and fairness in the utilization of our trial and subscription services.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Maharashtra.

21. Privacy Policy

Personal information submission is governed by the Privacy Policy available at https://tasksexpert.com/privacy-policy/.

22. Termination

The Tasks Expert reserves the right to interrupt or discontinue the service without any prior notice and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our website. The Tasks Expert’s operations may be interrupted at any given time for maintenance or updates, interfered with, or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances beyond our control. In case of termination of services, links to Third-Party Sites, General Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Prohibited Uses, Proprietary Rights, Indemnity, Applicable Laws, and General Terms Sections set forth in this TOS will still be valid.

Refund will be issued only in case of interruptions that have lasted for more than 5 business days. The client can get either cash or credit refund towards future services, only at the company’s discretion. However, the website may be temporarily unavailable owing to unforeseen technical issues beyond our control, and the Tasks Expert takes no responsibility for the.

23. Cancellation/Unsubscription

Clients have the ability to directly oversee their orders or subscriptions through the Tasks Expert Dashboard. Upon canceling their subscription with the contractor, they will not be subject to additional charges. However, they remain responsible for any charges incurred during the current billing period. It is important to emphasize that no refunds will be issued if the client neglects to cancel their subscription before the next billing date, resulting in a subsequent charge. No exceptions will be granted in this regard.

24. Our Proprietary Rights

All materials and content related to the Tasks Expert services, including software, images, text, graphics, and more (referred to as “Tasks Expert Content”), are owned exclusively by Tasks Expert and its licensors. You are not granted any license to these materials, and any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

If you submit comments or ideas about the services (referred to as “Ideas”), it is understood that your submission is voluntary, without any obligation on Tasks Expert. Tasks Expert has the right to use these Ideas without additional compensation and may disclose them on a non-confidential basis. This acceptance does not affect Tasks Expert’s rights to use similar ideas they already knew about or developed independently. In essence, Tasks Expert retains full ownership of its services and content, and any voluntarily shared Ideas become the property of Tasks Expert without imposing additional obligations or compensation.

Users are responsible for account security. False information may result in account termination.

26. User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

Submitted materials may be used by Tasks Expert without restrictions.

27. Cookies
