Job Description:
Tasks Expert is inviting applications for an IT Support Intern based in Mumbai. This role is a great opportunity for students currently pursuing or who have recently graduated with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. As an IT Support Intern, you will provide crucial technical support to our clients, ensuring smooth operation and effectiveness of our virtual assistant services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries related to virtual assistant services, software, and IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and provide recommendations for optimizing virtual assistant services.
- Offer technical guidance and consultation to enhance client satisfaction and service effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.
- Work closely with other IT support teams, virtual assistants, and project coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and virtual assistant technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Job Details:
- Full-Time position
- Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹12,000 per month
- Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (must be able to commute/relocate to Kalyan)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotational & US shifts
