Job Description:

Tasks Expert is on the lookout for a Social Media Intern to join our team in Mumbai. If you are pursuing or have recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and have a passion for social media, this role is for you. As a Social Media Intern, you will develop engaging content for various platforms and play a key role in executing our social media strategies, contributing significantly to our presence in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Tailor content to highlight the benefits and features of our virtual assistant services, showcasing our expertise in the IT industry.
• Contribute to the development and execution of social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and fostering positive interactions.
• Cultivate a sense of community around our brand, encouraging engagement and dialogue among our audience.
• Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Passion for social media and a solid understanding of major platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools.
• Familiarity with the IT industry and virtual assistant services is a plus.

Job Details:

• Full-Time position
• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹12,000 per month
• Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (must be able to commute/relocate to Kalyan)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotational & US shifts
