Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Contribute to the development of job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Coordinate orientation sessions and assist with the completion of new hire paperwork.
- Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing employee events, training programs, and other engagement activities.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with the administration of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Support the HR team in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
