Human Resource – Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Contribute to the development of job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions and assist with the completion of new hire paperwork.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist in organizing employee events, training programs, and other engagement activities.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the administration of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Support the HR team in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Stipend: β‚Ή5,000 – β‚Ή12,000 per month

Experience:

  • HR Operations/ Recruitment: 6 Months to 1 year (Preferred)
