The company is very responsive to needs and I really appreciate that.  The VAs we have had so far were a bit mixed: 1 was not performing well but task experts replaced him speedily. We are  trying the second one right now,  who appears to be a better fit. The customer service at Task Experts is very good. It's been only 3 weeks so far for my company working with them,  and we are not sure we have found a good match yet but my customer rep at TaskExpert has been very responsive and helpful in making sure it works out well.  I'd say if you are looking for longer task help,  which is what our company needs, be prepared to train the VA more than a local one and maybe try a few VAs before getting someone that works well with your company, but I am confident eventually we'll get a well fitting one through task experts .

She is a problem solver and efficient, doesn’t shy away from learning and training us both on things we need to be even more efficient and productive.
