They will remain on a three-month notice period during which we will seamlessly transition to a new virtual assistant for your account. During this period, your outgoing virtual assistant will train the new virtual assistant and prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure a smooth transition. This process is designed to maintain, if not enhance, the quality of service you receive, ensuring continuity and satisfaction with our services.
