TASKS EXPERT AFFILIATE PROGRAM — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. COMMISSIONS. You earn the commission percentage shown in your dashboard on every payment made by clients you refer, for as long as they remain paying clients. Commissions are recorded only on successfully paid orders, unlock after the stated hold period, and are reversed if the underlying payment is refunded or charged back.
2. PAYOUTS. Approved balances are paid on a monthly cycle once they reach the minimum payout amount, via the payout method you select. You are solely responsible for any taxes on affiliate income in your country and for providing accurate payout details. The one-time enrollment fee is non-refundable.
3. REQUIRED DISCLOSURE. When promoting Tasks Expert you must clearly disclose your material connection (for example: "#ad" or "I may earn a commission if you sign up through my link") as required by the FTC (US), ASA/CMA (UK) and equivalent rules in your country.
4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT. The following will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions: self-referrals; spam (email, SMS, comments); cookie stuffing or forced clicks; bidding on Tasks Expert brand terms in paid search; misleading, exaggerated or unapproved claims about pricing or services; modifying our logos or brand assets; any unlawful promotion.
5. BRAND USE. You may use only the marketing materials provided in your dashboard, unmodified. We may update materials, commission rates and these terms; continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance.
6. TERMINATION & FRAUD. We may block any account for breach of these terms and may withhold commissions that we reasonably determine to result from fraudulent or non-compliant activity.
7. PRIVACY. We process your signup details to run the program (see our Privacy Policy). Referral tracking uses a browser cookie for the stated cookie window.
8. RELATIONSHIP. You are an independent promoter, not an employee, agent or partner of Tasks Expert, and may not make commitments on our behalf.
