Tasks Expert Virtual Employee Services Pvt. Ltd., a US-based company, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and monitoring social media channels. This opportunity is open to candidates based in Kalyan or nearby areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: INR 1.44 LPA-2.40 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies.
2. Define most important social media KPIs.
3. Manage and oversee social media content.
4. Measure the success of every social media campaign.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
6. Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
7. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
8. Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.
9. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
2. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
3. Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
4. Good understanding of social media KPIs.
5. Familiarity with web design and publishing.
6. Excellent multitasking skills.
7. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. High school diploma or equivalent.
